Metroid Dread Zero Suit Model
If you died a lot in Metroid Dread, you saw plenty of Goose egg Suit Samus — for a cursory instant, every bit she exploded. But if you were wondering how much effort developer MercurySteam put into designing that you-tin can-barely-see-it character model, people accept dug into the files to offer a better wait. Twitter user Finalizer has shared some close-upwards images of the Metroid Dread Nil Suit Samus grapheme model, revealing an impressive corporeality of detail and a fitting amount of musculus tone for the galaxy's greatest bounty hunter. The user also provided a comparison shot with Zero Suit Samus in Metroid: Other M on Wii.
Obviously, Nintendo Switch is working with a lot more processing ability than Wii, so it's no surprise that the former looks much better than the latter in general. But aside from the fact that the Metroid Dread Null Suit Samus grapheme model evidently uses 14,000 polygons, ("Is that a lot?") she also has much more than pronounced muscle tone on Switch. She doesn't await similar a Barbie doll. She looks like someone who can curlicue, bound, and break an alien mercenary's jaw. The fact that she is still really proficient-looking also merely reinforces how cracking Charlize Theron would be to play her in a pic (age be damned!).
14,000 polys for a model that has 2 seconds of screentime, based MercurySteam ?
was wondering if her cheekbones were a bit higher than her other models, but seems like it was merely a chroma texture thing pic.twitter.com/EDtP9fJsMj— Finalizer (@Finalizer14) Nov vi, 2021
