Well, I take a tutorial I have worked on for more upwardly to date information on this but I would take to go find information technology again.

Setting up a Dedicated UT Server from inside the game for the Internet!
This is for Cable, DSL or T1 Servers.
OK, here we go...
To launch a defended server from within the Game itself, this is the easiest way for New Server Admins to begin.
We will exist setting up a server that is connected to the Internet for this commodity. (Not a LAN)
Ok, start we Launch UT and later on information technology is all gear up:
Click on Options > Preferences > Network > Select "LAN,Cable,xDSL"

"RULES" TAB ...
"Max Team Score" Set the game score for ending the TeamGame hither.
"Weapons Stay" Bank check this box for the weapon to remain in the map when you lot option it up, making it available for the adjacent player to be able to choice it up immediately afterwards someone else does.

"Annunciate Server" Check this box for Net play!
If checked, this will add together your server to the "Primary Servers" and in plow will as well add your server to the Cyberspace game browser tabs.
"ngWorldStats Logging" Practice Non check this box! - It is NO Longer used and just slows down your game!
